Explore Our Customization Services Process
From repairs to custom builds, delivering quality service for every ride.
Step 1: Initial Greeting & Discovery
You fill out a form here on our website where We gather some information from You to find out What style of bike are you looking for? - Do you own a bike already? - Is this a full build or customization? What’s your timeline and budget? etc etc
Step 2: Book A Consultation
Once You fill out the discovery form the next step is to book a call from us where we will go over the work that You want done, We give You a price and answer any questions You may have.
Step 3: Contract & Payment
We then send You a contract that spells out every detail of the build, deposit information, how long the build or customization will take, when we will send photos & updates of the build, and final pickup or delivery information.
Step 4: We build or Customize The Bike
Once we have a signed contract & and You made your initial deposit, the process of building or customizing your bike begins. Most builds only take us between 30-90 days depending on the work that needs to be completed.
